As ever, I have enjoyed making the photo book and showing it to family and friends. It is a great way to safeguard memories from digital failures, or to retrace memories from the past and bring them together in one place. However as usual I found it tricky to get started and upload the photos from digital files to a new album. Also, this time I couldn't find the button to use the same font size and script throughout so had to keep resetting. Once I had received my album, which came very promptly, I found three or four errors and wish I had the chance to amend and do it again!

Do not order from here. I placed an order at the start of the month and still have not received it even though delivery was mean to be within a week. When contacting customer service all they could say was they don’t know why it hasn’t been printed or sent yet and we’re extremely unhelpful not offering any solutions. Save yourself the hassle and use a more reliable company.

I created a photo book for my sons school leavers year book, I needed to order 30, with photobox the creation of the book was easy and looked good, but also the bulk discount dept were amazing, they gave a bulk discount but also followed the order through ensuring it was perfect and delivered early. I then ordered photo mugs for the same occasion and had exactly the same experience, they were helpful, easy to use and followed the order through to early completion. They were amazing, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’m still waiting for a photo book ordered in late June. The estimated delivery date came and went so I chased Photobox. I got an email back to say that the book had been printed in France and would be on its way. That was almost a week ago yet the Royal Mail tracking shows that the book has still not been despatched. I’ve now told the company to cancel the order as I cannot wait any longer. Very poor from a company who I’ve used many times before

Dont order from photobox unless you are sure you have the best discount code. I ordered only last night with 40 percent off to see that they now have an extra £18 off. They won't refund it or even let me cancel and replace the order. Such a shame to receive terrible customer service as their books are lovely.

Are all the reviews on Trustpilot fake? The delivery date has come and gone, and nowhere can I find a contact phone number that works.
My last experience of Photobox was also disappointing regarding delivery dates, plus the printing was bad - a very green cast to everything.
Should’ve learned my lesson and used Bonusprint this time...

I completed a collage photo book for my daughter’s 40th birthday and I was absolutely delighted with the result. Photobox was very helpful and the end result was really lovely and very good quality
The book was produced and delivered on time

I wanted some cards made from a drawing of mine. the website was easy to use, I was kept up to date re timescales. Very pleased with finished item which arrived within a couple of days. Will definitely use again.

Bought as a gift - looked great when arrived and was received by a very chuffed grandma! Hasn't been done yet but looked good on the box

I ordered two large, framed canvases, and was pleased with the quality of the frames, and of the printing. Sadly, the canvases had been put in the frames wonky. But a short chat, accompanied by some photos, saw them replaced, and are now perfect.
I also ordered two wooden panels. The quality was excellent. My only complaint is that it didn’t tell me that the photo wasn’t good enough, as it had with the canvases. Please bring that service in for all printing. I won’t order anything but canvas until that happens.

Very efficient helped when there was a problem and everything was swiftly resolved.
